Q. When and how will my credit card be processed?

Birchalls utilise the Commonwealth Bank Secure Internet Gateway to process all online orders. This is secured using the latest technology to ensure your details are kept secure. This software also allows us to process your online purchase without ever seeing or storing your credit card details. As we have decided to use this software, your credit card will be charged at the time you make your order.


Q. Can I return purchases?

A. Items purchased online are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns policy.


Q. What can’t be sent to my home address?

A. Due to legal reasons, Birchalls cannot send any flammable goods (such as glues, thinners, some paints etc) through the post. For Tasmanian residents we can arrange for these items to be delivered via Redline, but this will incur additional freight charges.
